School Nurses: We Need You in 2024!
Our School-Based Camps are growing in popularity! School-based teams provide the camp program with training and support from our core faculty in nursing, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, social work, and medicine. School-based programs are developed with the school’s need and team members’ involvement. Grant funding provides stipends for team members and materials for campers.
The VYTA&WC helps teens ages 11-15 learn how to better manage their asthma and incorporate healthy habits into their daily lives. Our program makes asthma education fun through the use of games, music from Asthma Blues®, cooking, crafts, technology, and more. Thanks to our generous supporters, campers participate at no cost to their families.

The Virtual Youth Teen Asthma & Wellness Camp empowers teens ages 11-15 to manage their asthma care through engaging activities they can participate in from anywhere. With a trusted network of asthma & wellness specialists, teens and their families have access to educational tools and resources that are proven to enhance quality of life and improve patient outcomes. We deliver our programming and materials at no cost to participants.
